You can pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin. Payments are accepted in US Dollars, and due to Bitcoin’s volatility, the total amount of BTC to be paid will be shown at the time of checkout.

Note: All machine prices fluctuate depending on market behavior.

We also support payments via credit cards.

Processing and Shipping Time

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from our Gitminer Warehouse. In the case of bulk orders, shipping may take an additional day or two via DHL Express, UPS, ARAMEX, or TNT, after full payment verification (Bitcoin payments may take up to 1 business day to verify). International delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Every machine includes a PSU in the original company packaging.

Taxes and Customs Duties

We help reduce your tax burden by making a lower invoice. Our products exclude all value-added taxes and customs duties sold by Gitminer. You will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties per your country’s laws and customs. If a miner needs to be returned, the client will need to pay additional shipping costs.

Return Policy

Customers are entitled to return the miner within 30 days of receipt, provided that the device is not mechanically damaged. The return is subject to inspection to confirm the condition of the device. In the case of reservations, the amount paid is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled.
